Who is Nicola?
Nicola Salmon is a Fertility Coach just outside of London. She started out as an acupuncturist and naturopath and began to feel a nudge in the direction of supporting women who desired to have a baby.
She now specializes in fertility and helps women no matter where they are in the world, their circumstances, size, gender, race, etc.
Through a whole body approach, Nicola provides the tools needed to embrace healing with respect, and listen to the bodies symptoms with a keen intuition.
Overcoming Life’s Struggles
Nicola was told at age 16 that she would never be able to conceive due to a hormonal issue called polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). This definitely molded how she anticipated her future. She also was a witness to a gun shooting right outside her flat. This trauma left her with nightmares, anxiety, and agoraphobia.
By finding relief through acupuncture, she not only was able to heal but was inspired to build a career based on her experience.
Biz Brilliance
Nicola finds success in breaking things down into tiny, doable tasks. She finds that putting things on the “to do” list into 15-minute chunks helps her to not get overwhelmed and keep the momentum flowing.
Her Next Big Project
Nicola is in the middle of writing her first book! The title if From Fat to Fertile and she is 15,000 words in! I can’t wait to support her when the book hits the stands. I know it’s going to help thousands of women around the globe who are trying to conceive.
