That is the lens I bring to my work.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and intuitive wisdom.

I support leaders who are deeply capable and highly responsible, but no longer willing to lead from chronic pressure, over-functioning, or self-abandonment.

Because success without self-connection is too expensive.

I know that terrain personally.

I have been an entrepreneur since 1991 and have built six- and seven-figure businesses. I know what it means to carry vision, make hard decisions, hold a great deal at once, and be the one others rely on.

I also know the quieter cost of that identity when achievement becomes too tightly tied to worth.

My own path required a shift from pushing and proving toward a more grounded, truthful, and sustainable way of leading. That change did not make me less effective. It made me more discerning, more resourced, and more aligned in how I live, work, and serve.

That lived experience now informs the work I do with clients.

I am not interested in surface-level fixes.

I help leaders strengthen the inner capacity leadership requires: emotional regulation, clearer boundaries, steadier presence, honest self-awareness, and the courage to lead in a way that reflects who they truly are.
